Looking back through time, our achievements have been quite extraordinary throughout the decades for our private master-planned community of Laguna Shores Resort.
Our history dates back to 1998 when developers and investors acquired 744 acres of land near Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco). This purchase was formalized through a master bank trust in 2003, allowing individual bank trusts for each lot as they were sold. Despite economic challenges, the resort’s infrastructure development commenced in 2004, resulting in a robust and well-maintained infrastructure that continues to provide all the comforts and luxuries of home.
To this day, we have achieved the perfect balance between a harmonious natural habitat and a relaxed serene lifestyle environment where people come to enjoy their private retreat.
