Inside our resort, you'll find Infusión del Golfo, offering much more than a menu — it’s a chef-driven culinary experience unlike any other in Puerto Peñasco.

Inspired by international cuisine and crafted with fresh local ingredients, our restaurant blends flavor, creativity, and a relaxed ambiance with stunning ocean views. Each month, the chef presents new recommendations and seasonal specialties that invite you to try something different every visit.

August Specials

This month, we invite you to enjoy our featured dishes during dinner service (4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.):

• Tomahawk: Chef’s recommendation, served with salad and a glass of wine or champagne.
• Fajitas: Our August special, available in three versions: arrachera, chicken, or shrimp. Served with guacamole, beans, salsa, and tortillas.

We also offer a kids’ menu during dinner hours.

Restaurant Hours

• Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Dinner: 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (with kids’ menu)
