On April 26th, Infusión del Golfo invites you to enjoy a unique culinary experience at the Flavors of the Sea, Puerto Peñasco Edition Pairing Dinner. Throughout the evening, the freshness of seafood and the richness of local ingredients will come together in a carefully curated five-course menu, designed to highlight the best of northwestern Mexico.

Pre-Party on the Terrace

The night will begin on the terrace at Infusión, where you can take in the sunset while enjoying a welcome drink, "Bacanita," along with an Amuse Bouche. The ambiance will be enhanced by live music from Nacho Ortega, setting the perfect mood for this extraordinary evening.

The dinner will be led by a special collaboration between guest chef Hugo Lara and our own Chef Humberto Espino. Together, they have crafted a five-course menu that blends tradition with innovation, showcasing seafood and other regional ingredients at their finest.

Chef Hugo Lara

Hugo Alejandro Lara-López is a renowned chef and Gastronomic Ambassador of the Baja California State Government’s Secretariat of Fisheries and Aquaculture. With an extensive career in both Mexico and France, Hugo masterfully combines French techniques with native flavors to create authentic and innovative dishes.

Chef Humberto Espino

Our very own Chef Humberto Espino embodies the essence of local cuisine at Infusión del Golfo. His deep knowledge of regional ingredients and passion for fine dining make him the perfect complement to this collaboration.

Wine Pairing with Casa Magoni
