How 2024 Started at Laguna Shores Resort

For those who visited us in the early months of the year and for those who will be with us this summer, we have summarized the activities we enthusiastically carried out week by week to provide you with the best experience during your visit to Puerto Peñasco.

February 10, 2024 - The first pickleball tournament of the year!

Despite the cold temperatures of the season, the enthusiasm of our visitors drove the realization of the first tournament of the year as we have been doing since 2023, resulting in a fun team showdown, in which our winners were rewarded with courtesy amenities within our facilities. Do you think you can be our next champion?

March 11 - Pool Party!

After another pickleball tournament, our travelers joined us for an afternoon of fun, during which we had a new volleyball champion team, a sandcastle parade, and a pleasant session for children coloring their favorite characters; in the evening, we enjoyed good music from a DJ and had a blast ending with some karaoke.

March 12 - 5th Anniversary of Infusión del Golfo

To celebrate such a special day, our executive chef, Humberto Espino Solis, prepared an exquisite menu carried out by him and his team meticulously, giving us a wonderful four-course pairing dinner and a special welcome drink.

March 31 - Easter Party at Laguna Shores

As usual, the Easter Bunny paid a visit to the children who accompanied us and organized some games such as the chocolate egg hunt, sack race, and the fun egg-on-a-spoon race. The bunny rewarded the winning children with prizes like milkshakes, ice creams, and a delicious meal, and everyone enjoyed the delicious cupcakes prepared by Infusión del Golfo.

April 20 - Chocolate-inspired pairing dinner by Infusión del Golfo

Our second pairing dinner during 2024 had chocolate as the protagonist for the third consecutive year. This time, our executive chef, Humberto Espino Solis, surprised us with a clever 4-course menu to which he added a delicious dessert.

April 27 - Happy Children's Day!

To pamper the little ones on their special day, we had a blast dressing up as superheroes and playing with them all day long. After a couple of sack races, a tough tug-of-war, playing musical chairs, breaking the piñata, and having dessert, it was wonderful to see them exhausted after so much fun.

May 5 - Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Once again, we took advantage of this very Mexican holiday to have fun with kids and adults alike. We played games, broke the piñata, sang, and danced while enjoying a beautiful sunset, and this time, we enjoyed a delicious taco feast.
