Laguna Shores Resort owners and friends celebrate long time friend Ray Lopez.

Ray was born December 18th 1947 and passed away this Saturday August 24th 2013. Ray was known for his generous efforts with owners at Laguna Shores Resort. Even in his passing he was generous donating his organs, saving the life of two women and one man.

Laguna Shores owners and friends are invited to come celebrate Ray’s life this coming Saturday August 31st at Laguna Shores Resort; starting at 6pm at the private pool located near the VP condos. Please feel free to bring the beverage of your choice, food from Pollo Loco will be provided. This is an informal gathering where we can share the stories of how Ray contributed to our lives. Ray provided owners various services ranging from condo or home maintenance, bill paying, rental support, and for many he was a trusted friend helping in any way that he could. We trusted him with more than just the keys to our homes.

Funeral services are being planned for the 3rd week of September, we will update you with the specifics when then they are finalized. Ray leaves behind 3 sons and 1 daughter, 2 brothers and 1 sister who we have not been able to locate, if any of you know how to contact members of his family please let us know.

Donations are being collected to help cover the costs of the funeral and burial, we would appreciate any help you can offer. Tommy Wallace is looking after all of the arrangements and the donations offered.
