To those of us who live at Laguna Shores year round – or visit often – it is very easy to point out the benefits and notice the difference between our master-planned oceanfront community and others in Puerto Peñasco. Now that the Phase I infrastructure is complete, it’s easier for others to see the unique elements that make Laguna Shores Master Planned Ocean Front Community Resort the best in town. UNIQUE LOCATION: We have the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the west; a protected and pristine estuary to the north; a view of the Pinacate Biosphere Reserve to the east; and to the south Black Mountain and a peaceful stretch of beach where many treasures can be found. We also provide kayaks and bicycles for owners and visitors, at no charge, to explore the Sea of Cortez, the estuary and to bike around the resort and surrounding desert areas.
