It is a 2.5 mile beach run with few obstacles involving varying terrain such as shallow waters, rough sand, muddy stretch, deep sand etc. The participant has to run through the entire course and finish the challenge. The entire run is along the beach, so participants and spectators alike are treated to stunning views of the ocean and the tall mountains!
